Summary The main objective of this project is to improve adult educators’ competences which are necessary when working with migrants, refugees, and other specific groups in Europe.

The results and their impact:

  1. A tool to evaluate adult educators’ competences and knowledge for working with migrants and refugees;
  2. Trainings for adult educators to encourage sustainable professional growth of adult educators, using innovative models of education and open education resources (OER);
  3. An electronical resources storage room, designed to increase motivation to learn and to decrease knowledge differences in migrants and refugees. It will be implemented by using digital programs to increase competence of migrants and refugees.

To achieve these objectives, partners of the project will work on three outcomes: they will design an evaluation tool, a study program, and an electronic storage room of learning objectives.
