OECD expert: the current situation of labour migrants in Lithuania is favourable only to companies, but not for the state

Although OECD does not recommend applying quotas for foreign workers, the representative of OECD claims that the decision of Lithuanian government to limit the number of foreign workers and to apply quotas for them is a positive change.
