From now on, high skilled workers can use ‘one-stop-shop’ principle

Migration department informs about the introduction of ‘one-stop-shop’ principle granting residence permits for high skilled workers.  From now on, high skilled workers will have an opportunity at the same time to submit both documents for the temporary residence permit and documents regarding to the decision of Labour Exchange.

Foreigner, who has submitted all the necessary documents to the Migration Department, will not have to apply to the Labor Exchange in addition, as all documents necessary for the adoption of the decision will be forwarded to the Labor Exchange by the Migration Department.
