Veryga empowered to subject third-country nationals to mandatory isolation

“This Thursday, the Government confirmed mandatory COVID-19 tests and, given the order of the Head of the State Level Operations of Extreme Situations, two-week isolation to foreigners who came to Lithuania from countries outside European Economic Area and OECD. Such decision was approved in the Ministers’ Cabinet after 18 drivers that came to Kaunas from Uzbekistan tested positive for corona virus.”
