The Ministry of Health has specified requirements and recommendations for activities implemented between August 16 and September 13, 2021.
EVENTS HELD OUTDOORS
WHEN SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ALL RESIDENTS
It is mandatory to:
- organize participants into sectors that do not exceed 500 people
- distribute tickets electronically or register participants – except for non-commercial events that do not exceed 2 hours in duration
- arrange meals in designated areas
- comply with general hygiene and safety requirements
It is forbidden to:
- observe an event while standing – except for non-commercial events that do not exceed 2 hours in duration
- attend an event while ill
It is allowed to:
- host unlimited number of participants
- observe the event from both standing and seated positions – during non-commercial events that do not exceed 2 hours in duration
- refuse to distribute tickets electronically or register participants – during non-commercial events that do not exceed 2 hours in duration
WHEN SERVICES ARE ONLY PROVIDED TO HOLDERS OF OPPORTUNITY PASSPORTS
It is mandatory to:
- distribute tickets electronically or register participants
- organize participants into sectors that do not exceed 500 people
- comply with general hygiene and safety requirements
- abstain from attending an event while ill
It is allowed to:
- host unlimited number of participants
- observe the event from both standing and seated positions
- eat in non-catering areas – if the number of participants does not exceed 500 people

- wear protective equipment that covers the nose and mouth
- organize participants into sectors that do not exceed 500 people
- distribute tickets electronically or register participants
- arrange meals in designated areas
- comply with general hygiene and safety requirements
It is forbidden to:
- fill more than 75 percent of all available seats
- observe the event while standing
- eat in non-catering areas
- attend an event while ill
WHEN SERVICES ARE ONLY PROVIDED TO HOLDERS OF OPPORTUNITY PASSPORTS
It is mandatory to:
- distribute tickets electronically or register participants
- organize participants into sectors that do not exceed 500 people
- comply with general hygiene and safety requirements
- wear protective equipment that covers the nose and mouth – if the number of participants exceeds 500 people

- keep 2 meters away from other visitors
It is forbidden to:
- provide food on a self-service basis
It is allowed to:
- have up to 2 people (indoors) and up to 5 people (outdoors) sitting at one table – unless they are members of one family or one household.
WHEN SERVICES ARE ONLY PROVIDED TO HOLDERS OF OPPORTUNITY PASSPORTS
It is allowed to:
- have unlimited number of people sitting at one table
- provide food on a self-service basis
SERVICES THAT REQUIRE CONTACT, PLACES OF RETAIL, LEISURE, ENTERTAINMENT, ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
WHEN SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ALL RESIDENTS
It is mandatory to:
- wear protective equipment that covers the nose and mouth
- keep 2 meters away from other people while indoors
- arrange partitions between workplaces
- manage employee flows
- mark the required distances in areas where people queue
- to provide information on the need to wear protective equipment that covers the nose and mouth – while indoors
WHEN SERVICES ARE ONLY PROVIDED TO HOLDERS OF OPPORTUNITY PASSPORTS
