European Commission launched new initiative – EU Talent Pool

The European Commission introduced a new job search tool, a pilot initiative EU Talent Pool. The project has been designed to help people fleeing the war in Ukraine to find work in the Member States of the European Union.

Currently, the tool can be accessed in English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages, via virtual platform EURES portal.

When registering, job seekers will have to upload their resume (CV) and highlight their most important professional skills. Their profiles will then become visible to employers, national services and private employment agencies across the EU. Registered users will also be able to browse various job advertisements available on the platform.

EU Talent Pool is intended for jobseekers who have been granted EU temporary protection or a similar type of international protection (under the national law of the EU Member States) that allows them to work.
